There are moments when life feels loud, tender, or unexpectedly heavy — when even the practices we love feel hard to reach for.
In those moments, I don’t look for something new or dramatic.
I return to something simple.
Begin Again is the practice I come back to when I need steadiness more than momentum, grounding more than goals, and kindness more than pressure.
This 28-day gratitude and grounding practice was co-created with my dear friend Sarah Kajani shaped by years of lived experience, gentle discipline, and what we’ve each found most supportive during seasons of transition.
It’s inspired by the intentional focus of The Secret and the quiet wisdom of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up - not as something to “do perfectly,” but as an invitation to notice what supports you, and to let go of what no longer does.
This is not about manifesting harder or fixing yourself.
It’s about creating a small, reliable ritual - just ten minutes a day - that helps you soften, ground, and make space for what’s next.

✶ About Your Guides
Begin Again is co-created by Rebecca Jo-Rushdy and Sarah Kajani - two practitioners who share a commitment to gentle discipline, nervous-system awareness, and practices that honour real life.
Rebecca is a Master KonMari® Consultant and guide in mindful decluttering, nervous-system care, and intentional living. Her work supports sensitive souls in releasing what no longer serves — with compassion, clarity, and care.
Sarah is an intuitive writer and teacher who supports people in expanding their capacity and returning to their inner authority. She works with relational language and presence, using tools as mirrors rather than maps.
Together, we created Begin Again as a practice we wished existed in our own tender seasons — something steady, simple, and kind.
