Circle of Joy is where this work comes to life - a soft, grounded space for deep feelers and gentle action-takers. It’s where we go beyond the ideas and into embodied practice, with live sessions, guided reflections, and community support. Available to paid subscribers - and you’re warmly invited to join us.

As we move deeper into summer, this month’s theme invites us to reconnect with the things that light us up — not out of obligation, but from genuine joy. Whether it's rediscovering an old hobby, carving out time for yourself, or setting firmer boundaries around energy drains, this is your gentle nudge to notice what gives you energy… and what quietly takes it away.

We’re focusing less on productivity, more on presence. Less on performance, more on pleasure. And remembering that tending to joy — especially in everyday moments — is a form of resistance, resilience, and rest.

✶ Prompts & Reflections:

  • What activities make you feel most like yourself?

  • Is there a hobby or habit you’ve quietly let go of — and might want to welcome back this month?

  • What would “joyful living” look like on an ordinary day, not just a perfect one?

Many of us are carrying more than we need — emotionally, energetically, and physically. This month is an invitation to let go of what drains you and reclaim what enlivens you.

By tuning into hobbies and energy givers, we not only create space for joy, but also reset the nervous system, nurture curiosity, and remind ourselves we’re allowed to enjoy life… not just manage it.

Whether you're in a season of expansion or holding things gently, this month’s theme can meet you where you are.

✶ This month in Circle of Joy:

We’re gently exploring a few areas that shape how energized (or drained) we feel day to day. No pressure to do it all - these are simply sparks for reflection, not a checklist.

  • Clothing – What still reflects who you are now? What feels out of step?

  • Komono – Are your tools and supplies aligned with the hobbies you want to make space for?

  • Schedule – Where do you notice flow — and where are you feeling stretched?

  • Digital – What are you taking in, and how does it leave you feeling?

Take what resonates, leave the rest. This is about ease, not effort.

I love the community space Rebecca has cultivated. The energy of the live events is so grounding and supportive. Even when I don’t have a specific task, I join just for the company — the atmosphere is wholesome, encouraging, and truly special. The gentle guidance and inspiration from others are priceless. - CL
